Geneva Rock’s Aggregate Division recently adopted a section of the Murdock Trail system in Lehi, Utah.

Three times a year, a group of volunteers from the aggregate division head to the Rail Trail section to provide cleanup support. In addition to picking up trash along the trail, the group inspects and reports any maintenance needs necessary.

The group’s sponsored section stretches from the Utah/Salt Lake County line to Traverse Mountain Boulevard.

The Murdock Trail system requires extensive efforts from multiple groups to remain clean for hikers year-round, and Geneva Rock is proud to be involved in the continued conservation efforts.

Geneva Rock plays an active role in the community. Our employees consistently give back through construction products and equipment usage donations, as well as through volunteered time, such as in the adoption of the Rail Trail.

We owe much of our heritage to the communities of Utah and take opportunities to return the favor to residents throughout the state each year. As Geneva Rock regularly gives back, it works to help complete its mission of Building a Better Community
