Geneva Rock’s concrete team from Park City recently delivered one of the company’s largest concrete pours ever! Collaborating with the Orem and Salt Lake ready-mix plants, crews successfully completed a 12-hour continuous pour.

The project, located at the Sommet Blanc property at the top of Empire Pass in Deer Valley, involved a massive 2,000 cubic yard mat footing pour for the first of three slope-side residential lodges. In total, the development, which is being managed by the Aspen Group and constructed by JROCK Construction and Concrete, will require approximately 30,000 cubic yards of concrete.

“Seeing our team come together and execute such a large-scale project seamlessly was rewarding to witness,” said Brandon Pace, Area Manager of Delivery and Customer Services at Geneva Rock. “Their dedication and hard work are what make moments like these possible. I couldn’t be prouder of what we accomplished on this project.”

Geneva Rock continues to demonstrate its expertise and commitment to quality in every project, setting new rock-solid standards in the industry.
